Lea Tolentino teaches Liturgical Dance and facilitates renewal programs that integrate body-mind-spirit approaches for the continuing transformation of students and formators. Ms. Tolentino completed a graduate certificate program, focused on Christianity and the Arts from the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley and a Specialty Certificate in Sacred Dance from the Center of Arts, Religion and Education, an affiliate Center of the Graduate Theological Union, also in Berkeley, California. She holds a Masters degree in Creation Spirituality from Naropa University and has completed the doctoral coursework on Ph.D. Applied Cosmic Anthropology at the Asian Social Institute where she is a lecturer in the cluster of courses on Creation Spirituality. As the Director of GINHAWA, Inc., she has developed programs to a wide variety of client groups (NGO’s, counselors, seminarians, government personnel, marginalized groups) using the embodied approach.
