Steps for Registration:

1. Choose Your Registration Method:

Online Registration:

Visit our website at www.ifrs.com.ph and click on the online application

Create an account or log in to your existing account.

Fill out the online registration form completely and accurately.

Upload the required documents (listed below).
-
Submit the form and pay fees online.

In-Person Registration:
-
Visit our school office during registration hours.
-
Bring all required documents (listed below).
-
Complete the registration form with the assistance of our staff.

Pay fees in person.

2. Gather Required Documents:

A. International Students
New Students

Copy of school records from the school last attended
with an English translation and authentication from the
Philippine Embassy in the country where the documents
originated.

Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (i-card)
-
Photocopy of passport and Visa (Student/Missionary)
-
Recommendation Letter from Bishop or community Leader for Religious/Priest/Brother/Lay
-
Two Passport-Size (1x1.5) colored ID photo with white background

Certificate of Transfer Credentials
-
Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school last attended.

Official Transcript of Records with a remark of Copy for: Institute of Formation and Religious Studies, Quezon City

Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (I-Card)

Photocopy of Passport and Visa (Student/Missionary)

B. Filipino Students
New Students

Official Transcript of Records with a remark of Copy for: Institute of Formation and Religious Studies, Quezon City

Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

Two Passport size (1x1.5) colored ID pictures

C. Cross Enrollees

Written permission to cross-enroll from school.

3. Complete the Registration Form:

Provide accurate information.

Select preferred classes or programs (check our posted course grid, Course Guide, and our offered Academic Programs at the Student Links tab under the Registrar’s menu tab found on our website).

4. Pay Registration Fees:

Online: Pay securely through our website.
-
In-Person: Pay by cash, check at the school office.

5. Schedule Orientation

New students may need to attend an orientation session Starting August 5, 2024.

Details will be provided upon registration completion.
