GRADUATION
As a general rule, no student is allowed to graduate unless he/she complies with all
academic, non-academic, and other requirements imposed by the institution for
graduation.
Graduating students are required to apply for a Graduation Evaluation to be conducted
by the Registrar. Graduation Evaluation must be applied before the Midterm Exam
period of the last semester of the graduating student.​
Special Orders
Special Orders (S.O.) are required for the graduation of IFRS students. Applications for
S.O. are filed by the school with the CHED at least Sixty calendar days before the end of
the academic year.
Transcript of Records
Transcript of Records must be applied for in writing by the student concerned. The
Transcript of Records is released after all obligations and fees have been settled.
