Guidelines and Procedures for Online Enrollment
Admission of New Students
• The English Assessment Test (EAT) and Interview with the Dean:
Once you have signified your intention to enroll at IFRS:
- you will be given a schedule for your English Assessment Test (EAT) and interview with the Dean.
-the placement test and interview are done through online screen sharing.
• The requirements for Enrollment are posted in the IFRS Website and IFRS Facebook page

• Send your scanned documents and credentials to the registrar’s email address -registrarifrs19@gmail.com
• The Registration Form and necessary information from the applicant:
- Download the attached file below to get the Form 001: Personal Data Sheet and Form 002: Application for Admission; Print it and fill-in the necessary information and details.
- Scan the accomplished Form 001: Personal Data Sheet and Form 002: Application for Admission and send it back to the registrar’s email address (registrarifrs19@gmail.com).
Enrollment
1st step- Download the attached file below to get the R.O. Form A-008: Pre-Registration Form (Enrollment Form); print the form, fill in the necessary information
and details, and scan the accomplished R.O. Form A-008: Pre-Registration Form.
2nd step- Send back your scanned R.O. Form A-008: Pre-Registration Form to the registrar’s email address.
The registrar will evaluate the courses you intend to take.
3rd step- The registrar will forward to the Dean your R.O. Form A-008: Pre-Registration Form.
4th step- The Dean will send back the R.O. Form A-008: Pre-Registration Form to the registrar. (for final checking)
5th step- The registrar will forward the R.O. Form A-008: Pre-Registration Form to the cashier for computation and liquidation of tuition and fees.
6th step-The cashier will forward the R.O. Form A-008: Pre-Registration Form with the computed tuition and fees to the registrar.
7th step- The R.O. Form A-008: Pre-Registration Form with computed tuition and fees will be emailed back to you.
Finally, the registrar will email you a confirmation message that you are officially enrolled.
