Lao (IFRS Dean) and Mr. Mark Gil T. Tenorio, RL (IFRS Librarian). The MoA signing marks the beginning of a collaborative effort to improve library services aligned with the latest advancements in the field of librarianship and anchored to the vision, mission, four pillars, and core values of the institute.

The KOHA library system installation process, which begins this month, is expected to be fully functional in January 2026. This upgrade aims to enhance the library services, providing students, faculty, staff, and stakeholders with improved access to resources and information. With OSLS’s expertise, IFRS is set to take its library operations to the next level, supporting the institute’s academic and research needs.
